VoiceThread Mobile (pre-v4.0) Login

If you are using the Voicethread Mobile app (pre-v4.0) you need to change the default domain to our jhu.voicethread.com.

  1. On the Account page click on Settings
    Settings link on the account page.
  2. On App Settings Domain: jhu.voicethread.com (default)
    App Settings Domain screen set to voicethread.com
  3. change it to Domain: jhu.voicethread.com
    Change domain to jhu.voicethread.com under app settings.
  4. Save
  5. THEN when you sign in on the Account page, it will use our JHU Enterprise Auth login page.
