The Help link is located at the upper right corner of the page, in the dropdown menu under your HopkinsID. In most cases a Help page will appear that is relevant to the topic of your current page. If help is not available, you can send feedback and your questions, or concerns will be addressed by JHU IT.
The Feedback link is located in dropdown menu at the upper right corner of the page. A Give Feedback pop-up will appear. Enter your questions or concerns in the Comments field and click send when you have finished. IT will address the issue as soon as possible.
