Click the Help button located at the upper right corner of the page. In most cases a pop-up will appear in relevance to the topic of your current page. If help is not available, you can send feedback and your questions, or concerns will be addressed by JHU IT.
To Send Feedback:
Click the Send Feedback button also located in the upper right corner of the page. A Give Feedback pop-up will appear. Enter your questions or concerns in the Comments field and click send when you have finished. IT will address the issue as soon as possible.
